At Ravus, a Principal Project Manager will lead critical customer engagements, build our project management team to deliver with the highest quality, and shape our PMO. You'll drive key client and internal initiatives, lead and mentor project managers, and establish best practices for delivery. Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients across industries to understand business objectives, pain points, and expected outcomes to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Build relationships with client and partner stakeholders to expand Ravus’ footprint as trusted partners.
• Design and develop program plans and project schedules that meet clients’ needs and set the team up for successful delivery.
• Develop strategies and internal tools to monitor and evaluate project progress and effectiveness.
• Lead project teams through all engagement phases, track status, provide reporting, and manage resources.
• Communicate change management proactively, rooted in partnership and co-ownership of delivery success aligned with business outcomes.
• Mentor and train colleagues as a Principal Project Manager.
• Support project teams in decision-making, requirement definition, and solution discussions.

Your Experience and Skills:

• 10+ years of project management experience, especially in SaaS billing and revenue management.
• Experience managing large, multi-stream programs.
• Proficiency as a Scrum Master and in agile methodologies.
• Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence; ability to adapt to client-specific project management structures.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis and support testing activities is a plus.
