Job Description

The Business Development Project Manager is responsible for driving projects through the Business Development process, playing a key role in the deal/integration leadership team, ensuring projects are organized and on track. This role requires a holistic, global outlook and the ability to coordinate various organizational functions to support deal objectives.

Job Duties
  • Provide project management support to the Deal Leader/Global Integration Manager throughout all BD project phases.
  • Support process development initiatives within the Project Management Office.
  • Drive improvements to BD processes.
  • Assist in assembling cross-functional teams and developing project plans aligned with deal strategy.
  • Ensure work streams are aligned and support the overall project and deal objectives.
  • Manage execution of project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Develop a strong understanding of underlying business needs.
  • Implement advanced project management tools and techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in Medical Devices or other regulated industries.
  • Up to 20% domestic and international travel.
Preferred:
  • Structured thinking and success in ambiguous environments.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • High business acumen and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with advanced project management tools.
  • Understanding of roles in medical device organizations.

Compensation

The base pay range is $101,749 - $142,448 annually, plus potential bonuses, based on experience and location.
