Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, with a focus on Instructional Design projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing eLearning, training, or instructional content development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for L&D and instructional design initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any project roadblocks or dependencies.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
• Track project performance, utilizing data to report on progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure adherence to instructional design best practices, accessibility guidelines, and company training standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and optimizing project management processes.
• Working with PowerBI Dashboards.
• Utilize Excel for reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Learning & Development or Instructional Design projects.
• Experience navigating through & utilizing PowerBI
• Experience with project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning development tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiar with Agile Project Management
