Okta’s Auth0 team seeks a Principal Product Acceleration Specialist to drive customer success, deep product adoption, and long-term retention across the world’s largest enterprise accounts. In this highly technical, developer-centric role, you will guide enterprise deployments, architect scalable patterns, enable developers, and serve as a bridge between customers and Auth0 Product Management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a customer-facing technical GTM role delivering enterprise identity or SaaS solutions.
• Expert-level understanding of the Auth0 platform and CIAM patterns, including low-friction authentication and high-volume user management.
• Experience with global System Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC) and enterprise identity transformations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern Mobile SDKs.
• Deep understanding of identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM.
• Knowledge of CIAM security threats and scalable authentication patterns.
• Track record of navigating large, Fortune 100 IT landscapes and cloud architectures.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide implementation patterns with top G2K customers.
• Develop PoCs, NPIs, and enablement assets to drive technical wins.
• Collaborate with global SIs to design scalable deployment blueprints.
• Provide architectural guidance on Auth0 Actions, SDKs, and full-stack patterns.
• Bridge customer feedback to Product Management to influence the roadmap.
