ServiceNow seeks a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the technical direction of the FDE group within CRM & Industry Engineering. You will be the senior architect for customer engagements, turning business AI use cases into production solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This is a customer-facing role focusing on design, deployment, and measurable outcomes, with responsibility for security, reliability, and scale. You will mentor engineers and standardize patterns across engagements.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing solution delivery experience with production deployments.
• Hands-on agentic AI and applied ML experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform and CRM domain preferred.
• Strong solution architecture and integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer use cases and translate into agentic AI use cases.
• Architect and deploy agentic AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead the FDE group technically and set standards.
• Engage with customers in discovery, solutioning, deployment.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to improve the platform.
