ServiceNow is seeking a Principal, AI Deployment Strategy within the Applied AI Forward Deployed Engineering team. You will own global FDE portfolio allocation, balancing regional capacity with senior leadership priorities to maximize revenue, product impact, and customer value.

You will drive investment theses, ROI controls, and scalable playbooks, partnering with GTM, sales, and product leaders to execute strategically across Fortune 500 engagements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience spanning AI GTM, applied AI or technical solutioning, management consulting, or strategic delivery in a Fortune 500 environment.
• Track record owning complex, multi-stakeholder GTM and deployment decisions with C-suite and senior partners.
• Fluency in agentic AI/LLM-based systems with depth to challenge scope and engage leadership.
• Experience designing and scaling commercial frameworks, capacity models, or strategic allocation constructs.
• History managing portfolios or programs that scale beyond individuals; strong resource allocation.
• Judgment to prioritize deployment decisions with proactive, autonomous problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the global FDE portfolio and allocation strategy across regions and portfolios.
• Calibrate deployments to maximize revenue, product signal, and customer value with GTM and sales leaders.
• Define investment thesis, success criteria, and cost-to-serve for engagements.
• Measure renewals, ACV impact, and scaling opportunities to guide headcount decisions.
• Build scalable playbooks for value delivery across the portfolio.
• Drive executive storytelling and alignment with senior stakeholders.
