ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Engineer to shape and deliver agentic AI solutions for customers. You will guide discovery, design, and deployment, and raise the group’s technical foundation.

The role focuses on complex engagements, architecture, and customer collaboration to deliver reliable AI-enabled outcomes. The position involves direct customer work across CRM & Industry domains, defining patterns, ensuring security, and mentoring engineers as the team scales.

Qualifikationen

• Proven design, deployment and operation of AI solutions in customer settings.
• Autonomous technical authority who sets strategy and standards.
• Experience leading complex, production deployments with customers.
• Knowledge of CRM & Industry domains (sales, CPQ, service).
• Strong architectural sense for end-to-end solutions.

Aufgaben

• Analyze customer use cases and translate into agentic AI opportunities.
• Architect solutions on the ServiceNow platform with workflows and integrations.
• Deploy to production and shepherd the path to live use.
• Define technical direction and reusable patterns for the group.
• Act as trusted advisor in customer conversations about capabilities and risks.
• Ensure quality, reliability, and security; monitor and rollback if needed.
• Provide architectural direction and mentorship across teams.
• Close the loop with product/engineering using field learnings.
