Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal, AI Deployment Strategy to lead the global deployment of the Applied AI Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) portfolio. You will allocate talent across regions, GTM, and product leadership to maximize revenue, product signal, and customer value.

This strategist-operator role requires owning complex investment theses, managing a high-impact portfolio, and driving executive narratives at the board or QBR level.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience spanning AI GTM, applied AI or technical solutioning, management consulting, or strategic delivery in a Fortune 500 environment.
• Own complex multi-stakeholder GTM and deployment decisions with C-suite and senior partners.
• Fluency in agentic AI, LLM-based systems, or applied AI builds.
• Experience designing and scaling commercial frameworks, capacity models, or strategic allocation constructs.
• A history of managing portfolios or programs that have scaled beyond your individual reach.
• The judgment to know which deployment decision in the portfolio deserves your time this quarter.

Responsibilities

• Own global FDE portfolio and allocation strategy.
• Calibrate where FDE delivers maximum revenue, product signal, and reference value.
• Define and manage investment thesis for high-conviction opportunities.
• Coordinate capacity, regions, and partners to scale headcount and delivery.
• Shape executive narratives and senior relationships with stakeholders.
