ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer for the CRM & Industry Engineering group. You will lead architecture, design, and deployment of agentic AI solutions for customers, shaping patterns used across engagements and ensuring production reliability.

The role emphasizes close customer engagement, strategic technical leadership, and establishing guardrails to ensure safe, scalable AI deployments across sales automation, CPQ, and service domains.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing solution delivery with production deployments.
• Architect solutions across sales automation, CPQ, customer service, and field service.
• Ability to set strategy, standards, and reusable patterns across multiple engagements.
• Strong communication with customers and executives to align goals and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer use cases and translate them into agentic AI use cases with clear success criteria.
• Architect agentic AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform with guardrails and integration points.
• Deploy solutions into customer environments and ensure production readiness and reliability.
• Define technical direction and reusable patterns for the FDE group across engagements.
• Act as trusted technical advisor in customer conversations and ensure responsible adoption.
