Job summary

Iterable seeks a Principal PMM to own the AI and orchestration narrative and connect capabilities into a single, compelling view of AI-driven customer engagement. You will lead Tier 1 launches, craft messaging, and align campaigns to the launch narrative, influencing product and go-to-market strategy.

You will research AI market trends, partner with product management, and drive adoption with lifecycle messaging, enabling customer success and revenue growth.

Qualifications

8–10+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ownership of Tier 1 bundled product releases.
Experience marketing an AI-native or agentic product, or a platform transitioning to AI-managed experiences.
Exceptional storytelling with ability to translate complex AI concepts into customer value.

Responsibilities

Own the AI Narrative and define the overarching AI point of view.
Craft bold, narrative-driven messaging and positioning for Tier 1 launches.
Conduct ongoing AI market research to sharpen Iterable's AI narrative.
Drive adoption and expansion of AI capabilities through lifecycle messaging and enablement.
