You will craft bold messaging for flagship AI releases, translating complex models into practical value for practitioners and executives, and partner with product and marketing to align with market trends.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience marketing an AI-native or agentic product.
• Exceptional storytelling and ability to translate launches into messaging.
• Deep understanding of AI models and data architecture.
• AI-forward PMM leveraging AI tools across research and content development.
• Executive presence to interact with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Narrative connecting capabilities into a coherent POV.
• Translate technical understanding into customer value for practitioners and executives.
• Craft bold, narrative-driven messaging and positioning for AI initiatives.
• Lead Tier 1 launch messaging for flagship AI releases and ensure alignment.
• Review launch content and campaigns to ladder back to the narrative.
• Research AI market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
• Partner with product management to align AI narrative with roadmap.
• Drive customer adoption and expansion through lifecycle messaging.
• Collaborate on reference stories and case studies.
