You’ll replace manual handoffs with automated workflows, create the context layer, templates, and inputs that feed AI tools, and redesign release motion with an AI-first launch calendar and messaging system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Ops, Program Management, or related role.
• Deep AI fluency with end-to-end automation using AI in workflows.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-first PMM operational strategy and automated workflows.
• Re-imagine release motion with AI-driven launch calendar and messaging.
• Own context layer with structured truth for messaging and ICP.
• Track dependencies across concurrent workstreams and ensure alignment.
• Lead the AI-powered Launch Engine design with stakeholders.
