Deckers Brands seeks a Principal Enterprise Architect, AI and DTC Technology to shape the DTC commerce and AI architecture across brands and regions. The role focuses on a scalable, governed AI platform and a composable, API-first architecture to power consumer experiences.

You’ll drive modernization, establish governance, and mentor teams, balancing innovation with risk management and enterprise standards. Remote-friendly US location.

Formación

• 8+ years in enterprise or solution architecture within retail or consumer goods.
• 3+ years hands-on experience architecting AI/ML solutions including generative AI and LLMs.
• Proven MACH/composable commerce architecture with microservices and cloud-native patterns.
• Experience evaluating AI/commerce vendors for fit, TCO, security, and roadmap risk.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud (AWS) and data governance in DTC ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Define enterprise DTC and AI architecture vision aligned with business goals.
• Create multiyear DTC and AI architecture roadmap with milestones and owners.
• Govern AI use‑case reviews, risk, and production readiness across brands/regions.
• Modernize legacy commerce and integration with API-first, cloud-native approaches.
• Lead mentors for architects, engineers, and AI practitioners, promoting excellence.
