Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Principal on the Sales Strategy & Transformation team to design and launch new sales motions across segments and channels. You will build GTM cases for priority market opportunities and translate data into exec-ready recommendations.

You will partner with Finance, Sales Ops, and HR to drive cross-functional initiatives, lead change management, and deploy AI-enabled workflows to accelerate strategy testing and decision-making at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, GTM, or management consulting.
• Experience designing or optimizing a sales motion.
• Led strategic initiatives end-to-end in a large organization.
• Strong analytical modeling with exec-ready recommendations.
• Proven ability to write and deliver executive memos and briefs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents or LLM tools.
• Experience at a Fortune 500 tech or SaaS company with multi-segment sales.
• Familiarity with seller productivity analytics.
• Familiarity with SMB software, fintech, or accounting software markets.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch new sales motions from concept through execution, across segments and channels.
• Analyze seller productivity data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Build GTM strategies for high-priority market opportunities with revenue targets.
• Size and frame new market opportunities and model revenue potential.
• Conduct market research to inform sales strategy.
• Write and own executive memos, briefings, and narratives for leadership decisions.
• Own the strategic priority cadence and executive briefing rhythm for Sales Leadership.
• Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and HR to ground recommendations in analysis.
• Lead change management and cross-functional coordination end-to-end.
• Build and deploy AI agents, simulations, or automated workflows to accelerate strategy testing.
