Job summary

Abnormal AI in the United States seeks a Principal for Strategy & Transformation to own GTM strategy, data sourcing, modeling, and narrative packaging. You’ll run the room with senior stakeholders, drive cross-functional execution, and leverage AI as a primary workflow.

You’ll oversee end-to-end analysis, build dashboards, and coach the team on AI tools to extend output while ensuring timelines and expectations stay on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-MBA with at least 2 in management consulting, private equity, or top-tier tech strategy/bizops.
• MBA from a top-tier business school and/or direct promote track record in consulting.
• Deep experience in enterprise tech; cybersecurity knowledge a plus.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to lead without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Frame and break down complex business problems and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional execution and manage senior stakeholders.
• Package recommendations for executive review and drive implementation.
