Job summary
Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Consultant, Agentic Delivery Acceleration, to lead strategic delivery initiatives that leverage AI to accelerate adoption and reduce risk.
You will prototype AI-powered solutions, scale them globally, and partner with AWS teams to align with organizational priorities. The role focuses on turning complex cross-organizational challenges into scalable frameworks and agentic automation, enabling teams to work smarter and faster in a customer-obsessed
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting experience.
- 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
- 8+ years of spearheading strategic cross-functional initiatives with measurable financial results.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive one or more strategic delivery initiatives from inception through scaled adoption globally.
- Define initiative vision, success metrics, and roadmaps using working backwards methodology.
- Rapidly prototype solutions and ship working prototypes in 45-day sprints.
- Transition prototypes to General Availability via ProServe agents for long-term scale.
- Build partnerships across AWS to align transformation with priorities.
- Influence senior stakeholders to secure resources and drive adoption.
- Measure initiative impact through portfolio-level business outcomes.
