The Atlantic District in Harrisburg, PA seeks a motivated insurance professional to run a Farmers agency, leading growth, operations, and client service. Based in Harrisburg, you will build trust within the community and act as the face of our mission to protect families, small businesses, and futures.

You will meet with clients, educate them on coverage options, and collaborate with the team to ensure accurate applications and policy changes, with a strong emphasis on relationships and service.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven sales or client-facing experience.
• Excellent public speaking and networking skills.
• Residence in or near Harrisburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and business owners to assess risks and provide coverage options.
