Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in business/healthcare administration or related field.
• 2 years of registration experience with knowledge of the revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration and scheduling services with clinic leadership.
• Ensure operations meet quality/accreditation requirements and staff are competent.
• Develop and deliver staff training for registrars and schedulers.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities with clinic managers.
• Monitor key performance metrics for registration and scheduling functions.
• Escalate performance concerns and manage staff goals and evaluations.
