Wellnow-Urgent-Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in Ohio. This role emphasizes prevention, accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and patient education within a collaborative team.

You will conduct exams, manage conditions, support multiple specialties, and perform in-scope procedures while coordinating with specialists to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed NP-C/FNP or PA-C in Ohio.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine.
• Comfort with a broad patient panel across all ages.
• Proficient in outpatient clinical procedures.
• Strong communication and empathy; patient connection is key.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and high-quality care.
• E-Clinical Works EMR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions.
• Provide primary care support across multiple specialties.
• Perform in-scope procedures.
• Collaborate with ENT, Surgical, and Medical Subspecialties to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize E-ClinicalWorks for documentation.
• Provide emergency and urgent interventions when necessary.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications.

• CertifiedNurse Practitioner (NP-C/FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)licensed in the state of Ohio

• Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds
• Proficient in clinical procedures relevant to outpatient care
