Job summary

Wellnow-Urgent-Care in Berea, Ohio is seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in a collaborative, team-based environment.

You will perform exams, diagnose and manage conditions, and educate patients while coordinating with ENT, surgical and medical subspecialties. Ohio NP-C/FNP or PA-C license required; outpatient procedures and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed as NP-C/FNP or PA-C in Ohio
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
• Experience managing a broad patient panel across all ages
• Proficient in outpatient clinical procedures
• Strong communication and empathy; ability to connect with patients
• Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, high-quality care
• E-Clinical Works EMR experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions
• Provide primary care support across multiple specialties
• Perform in-scope procedures
• Collaborate with ENT, surgical, and medical subspecialties to ensure continuity of care
• Utilize E-ClinicalWorks for documentation
• Provide emergency and urgent interventions when necessary
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications

• CertifiedNurse Practitioner (NP-C/FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)licensed in the state of Ohio
• Must be experienced in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
• Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds
• Proficient in clinical procedures relevant to outpatient care
