Job summary

jobr.pro seeks a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP-C/ FNP or PA-C) licensed in Ohio to deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in a team-based setting. You will conduct exams, manage conditions, perform in-scope procedures, and collaborate with ENT, Surgical and Medical subspecialties to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C/FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Ohio.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine.
• Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages.
• Proficient in clinical procedures relevant to outpatient care.
• Strong communication and empathy; connect with patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions.
• Provide primary care support across multiple specialties.
• Perform in-scope procedures.

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications

Requirements

• CertifiedNurse Practitioner (NP-C/FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)licensed in the state of Ohio
• Must be experienced in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
• Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds
• Proficient in clinical procedures relevant to outpatient care
• Strong communication and empathy skills- your ability toconnectwith patients matters as much as your clinical expertise
