Job summary

Wellnow-Urgent-Care is seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in a team-based setting. You will conduct exams, take histories, diagnose conditions, and guide treatment and education while coordinating care with specialists.

The ideal candidate is licensed as an NP-C or PA-C in Ohio, experienced in outpatient primary care or internal medicine, and proficient with E-ClinicalWorks EMR.

Qualifications

• Certified NP-C/FNP or PA-C licensed in Ohio.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine.
• Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages.
• Proficient in outpatient clinical procedures.
• Strong communication and empathy; connect with patients.
• E-Clinical Works EMR experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions
• Provide primary care support across multiple specialties
• Perform in-scope procedures
• Collaborate closely with specialists in ENT, Surgical, and Medical Subspecialties
• Utilize E-ClinicalWorks for efficient, compliant, and patient-centered documentation
• Provide emergency and urgent interventions when necessary
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications
