Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare operations or related field.
• Minimum five years in healthcare operations or clinic setting.
• Experience leading multi-site outpatient teams preferred.
• Experience with Epic EHR and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical operations leadership to support day-to-day operations across Pediatric and Adult Medicine.
• Lead EMR and clinical systems optimization, training, access management, reporting, and data integrity.
• Standardize workflows to improve patient flow, care quality, and staff and patient experience.
• Oversee grants, HealthySteps programs, and population health initiatives.
• Monitor productivity and documentation quality; address performance trends and training needs.
• Prepare and present operational and program performance reports; analyze data to identify trends.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory activities.
• Manage budgets, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development.
