Job summary

DAP Health seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver patient-centered care within a collaborative team at our on-site clinics in California. You will practice under the supervision of physicians, perform exams, orders, education and referrals, and contribute to quality care and health equity.

The role requires CA PA/NP licensure, BLS, and Epic experience; a new hire bonus and a strong nonprofit mission support teamwork and community impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program.
• CA PA/NP license required.
• CA DEA license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
• Experience in a nonprofit/health center setting preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret medical histories and perform physical examinations.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and referrals.
• Provide education, counseling and treatment plans to patients.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in quality improvement.
