Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is hiring a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide comprehensive primary care in the Greater Sacramento area.

The position offers collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, with a Monday–Friday schedule or a 4x10 option. Compensation ranges from $131,000 to $170,000 annually based on experience, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Active California RN and NP license required.
• Current NP board certification required.
• Current DEA registration required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions within scope of practice
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Medical Director
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as appropriate
• Initiate emergency procedures when clinically indicated
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
