Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in the Greater Sacramento area, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Multiple locations available and relocation assistance provided.

The position offers a compensation range of $131,000–$170,000 annually, based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour option. Local CA licensure and board certification required.

Qualifications

Active California RN and Nurse Practitioner license.
Current Nurse Practitioner board certification.
Current DEA certification.
Current BLS certification.
1–2 years of clinical experience in community health or underserved populations preferred.
English bilingual with Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations including history and physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics.
Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice.
Develop and implement treatment plans with the Medical Director.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Initiate emergency procedures when clinically indicated.
Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling.
Maintain accurate documentation per agency and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
