Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in a community health setting in the Greater Sacramento area. Compensation ranges from $131,000 to $170,000 annually, with relocation assistance available.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, with 8–5 or a 4-day 10-hour shift option. The Advanced Practice Clinician will join a multidisciplinary care team, performing evaluations, managing conditions, ordering

Qualifications

• Active California RN and NP license.
• Current NP board certification.
• Current DEA certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1-2 years clinical experience preferred, particularly in community health.
• Strong commitment to serving underserved communities.
• Comfortable treating three patients per hour.
• EPIC experience.
• In-basket management competency.
• Bilingual English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions within scope of practice
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Medical Director
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as appropriate
• Initiate emergency procedures when clinically indicated
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
