Hire Consulting Services is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for full-time primary care in the Greater Sacramento area. Compensation ranges from $131,000 to $170,000 annually, based on experience.

The role supports community health in a team-based setting, with options for 8-5 or a 4-day 10-hour shift. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, managing conditions, prescribing within scope, and coordinating with physicians.

Qualificações

• Active California Physician Assistant license.
• NCCPA board certification.
• Current DEA certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, especially in community health or underserved populations.
• Strong commitment to serving low-income, homeless, or medically underserved communities.
• Bilingual skills in English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions within scope of practice.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Medical Director.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as appropriate.
• Initiate emergency procedures when clinically indicated.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
