Job summary
Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for the Greater Sacramento area. Provide comprehensive primary care in a community health setting, collaborating with physicians and care teams.
Role involves evaluations, diagnoses, lab interpretation, treatment planning, and preventive care. Relocation assistance is available and a Monday–Friday schedule with 8–5 or 4x10 hour shifts may apply.
Qualifications
- Active California RN and NP license.
- Current NP board certification.
- Current DEA certification and BLS.
- 1–2 years in community health or underserved populations.
- Fluent in English; multilingual skills preferred.
- Comfortable treating three patients per hour.
- EPIC experience.
- In-basket management competency.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations (history and physicals).
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Order and interpret labs/imaging/diagnostics.
- Prescribe medications within scope.
- Develop and implement treatment plans with Medical Director.
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans.
- Initiate emergency procedures as needed.
- Provide preventive care and health education.
