Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver comprehensive primary care in the Greater Sacramento community health centers.
The role emphasizes serving diverse, underserved populations and collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. Compensation ranges from $131,000 to $170,000 annually based on experience, with relocation assistance available.
Qualifications
- Active California RN and Nurse Practitioner license.
- Current NP board certification.
- Current DEA certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health.
- Commitment to serving underserved populations.
- Comfortable treating three patients per hour.
- EPIC experience.
- In-basket management competency.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
Responsabilités
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and histories.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics.
- Prescribe medications within scope of practice.
- Develop and implement treatment plans with Medical Director.
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans.
- Initiate emergency procedures when needed.
- Provide preventive care and health education.
- Maintain accurate documentation per standards.
- Collaborate with care team for high-quality care
