CHI Health Clinic in Bellevue, NE is seeking a Medical Assistant / Certified Medical Assistant (MA/CMA) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You will assess patients, perform vital signs, collect specimens, and support an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes clinical assessment, accurate documentation, and timely medication administration within a fast-paced clinic setting. Sign-on bonus and education assistance are offered.

Competenze

• Graduate of an ABHES/CAAHEP accredited medical assisting program.
• Successful completion of Medication Aide 40-hour course or current/valid credential.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

• Performs general patient care following clinic workflows.
• Greets and prepares patients for the health care provider by recording vital signs and reviewing allergies/medications.
• Collects and prepares ordered specimens for laboratory analysis.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Medical Assistant / Certified Medical Assistant (MA/CMA), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Expectations

• Performs general patient care following established clinic workflows.
• Greets and prepares patients for the health care provider by obtaining and recording vital signs, reviewing drug allergies and current medications, completing applicable screening questionnaires and documenting reasons for visit.
• Collects and prepares ordered specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Prepares and provides ordered medications and/or vaccines to patients.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

We are offering a $4800 Sign-on Bonus and Education Assistance to new hires that meet eligibility requirements!

Job Requirements

• Graduate of a medical assisting program accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) or Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education (CAAHEP)
• Successfully completed Medication Aide 40-hour course or current/valid
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

Pay Range

$18.06 - $25.51 /hour
