Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Primary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services in a clinic-based setting with some remote flexibility.

You will maintain a direct caseload, support remote BCBAs, collaborate with families and staff, and serve as on-site clinical leader, mentoring BTs/RBTs. NC licensure required.

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and case management abilities
