Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role that supports work-life balance with in-clinic duties and flexible remote options. You’ll manage a small caseload and receive strong clinical support while collaborating with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs.

Relocation assistance is available; the position includes ongoing collaboration, case management, and documentation aligned with ethical and funding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility before start.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Complete initial assessments at clinics within 30 minutes of home clinic.
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Active BCBA certification

• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities
• Ability to pass a background check
