Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role with in-clinic duties and remote flexibility. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support learner progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, small caseloads, strong in-clinic support, relocation assistance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of your home clinic).
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines.
