Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role, combining in-clinic work with remote flexibility. You’ll work with families and coordinate with a team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy.

The role emphasizes manageable caseloads, strong clinical support, and ongoing collaboration with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs, with relocation assistance and a supportive work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of your home clinic).
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines.
