Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Primary BCBA to lead clinical services, mentor BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality ABA therapy.

This full-time, clinic-based role offers some remote flexibility and relocation assistance, a supportive team of BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs, and opportunities for continuing education through Jade Health.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and NC licensure status.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start).
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and case management abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a direct caseload of learners.
• Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs.
• Serve as the on-site clinical leader—training, mentoring, and managing BTs/RBTs.
