Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a team that values work/life balance, flexible scheduling, and strong clinical support. The role combines in-clinic work with remote-friendly options and a manageable caseload.

You will conduct FBA, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, collaborate with families, and maintain thorough documentation in line with ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of your home clinic).
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines.
