Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Primary BCBA to lead clinical services in a busy, in-clinic setting with some remote flexibility. You will maintain a direct caseload, mentor BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure high-quality ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and case management abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.
