Job summary

Compleat Kidz is seeking a Primary BCBA to lead and collaborate in a clinic-based setting with some remote flexibility in North Carolina. You will manage a direct caseload, supervise BTs/RBTs, and support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care while partnering with families and learners.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, mentoring, and high-quality ABA services, with relocation assistance and competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative abilities.
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and case management skills.
