Job summary

Compleat Kidz in Chapel Hill is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic. This full-time position blends in-clinic and remote work, with a supportive team and opportunities for collaboration with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs.

Ideal candidates hold an active BCBA, a relevant master's degree, and NC licensure or eligibility. You will lead assessments, supervision, and documentation, while maintaining high-quality care for children and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• North Carolina licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership abilities.
• Excellent assessment, case management and documentation skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines.
