Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst, Pricing and Yield Management, to own supplier-side monetization analytics. You will craft pricing infrastructure, surface revenue opportunities, and build predictive models to guide decisions across pricing, retention, and supplier engagement.

You will partner with product, sales, and engineering to deliver dashboards and data-driven insight, enabling faster, informed decisions in a hybrid, US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 7+ years of experience, or Master’s with 5+ years.
• 6+ years in pricing analytics, yield management, or growth analytics in a marketplace or ad environment.
• Background in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or two-sided platform economics.
• Hands-on machine learning in production: classification, regression, time-series forecasting.
• Experience building churn propensity models, velocity scoring, and cohort retention analysis.
• Strong SQL and data modeling with Snowflake, dbt, and Looker; ability to own dashboards end-to-end.
• Proven stakeholder collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Build yield scoring, pricing infrastructure, and monetization dashboards.
• Quantify revenue impact of pricing and incentive programs.
• Develop category-level data models and expand monetizable keyword inventory.
• Create churn, retention, and velocity models; provide actionable recommendations.
• Apply AI/ML to pricing and retention; design and run experiments (A/B tests).
