Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst to lead pricing and yield analytics for supplier monetization. The role collaborates with Product, Operations, and Engineering to translate data into revenue insights and actionable pricing decisions.

You’ll own pricing strategy, monetize supplier inventory, and build predictive models, dashboards, and experiments to optimize revenue growth. Hybrid US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering with 7+ years of experience, OR Master’s with 5+ years.
• 6+ years in pricing analytics, yield management, or growth analytics in a marketplace/ad platform context.
• Hands-on ML in production settings with models that shipped.
• Strong SQL and data modeling with Snowflake/dbt/Looker; able to build dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build yield scoring, ad monetization dashboards, and pricing infrastructure.
• Quantify revenue impact of pricing programs and optimize category/keyword performance.
• Develop churn and retention analytics; build predictive models and cohort analyses.
• Apply AI to pricing/retention; design and run A/B tests in live marketplace.
