Job summary

Xometry, a leading on-demand manufacturing platform, seeks a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst for Pricing and Yield Management in Waltham. You will own analytical frameworks behind supplier advertising pricing, yield scoring, and monetization, translating data into actionable revenue growth strategies across the network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in pricing analytics, yield management, or growth analytics in marketplaces or ad platforms.
• Direct experience with lead-gen, pay-per-lead, or auction-based pricing models is preferred.
• Background in ad tech, programmatic advertising, marketplace monetization, or two-sided platform economics.
• Hands-on ML experience in production including classification, regression, and time series forecasting.
• Experience building churn propensity models and cohort retention analyses.
• Strong SQL and BI tool fluency (Snowflake, dbt, Looker).
• Hands-on A/B testing including design and interpretation in live marketplaces.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis.
• Excellent data storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven stakeholder partnership across Sales, Finance, Product.
• Documented revenue impact from analytical work you delivered.
• Structured problem-solving; diagnose marketplace and liquidity challenges.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Yield and Ad Monetization: build yield scoring, ad dashboards, pricing infrastructure.
• Pricing Strategy and Monetization Analysis: quantify revenue impact of discount and rebate programs.
• Category and Keyword Performance: build the data model across industrial verticals and monetization.
• Retention, Churn, and Win-Back Analytics: develop predictive churn models and cohort analyses.
• AI-Powered Analytics and Experimentation: apply AI/ML to pricing and retention; design A/B tests.
