Job summary

Xometry, a leading on-demand manufacturing platform, seeks a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst to own supplier yield, monetization and pricing analytics. You will build dashboards, models, and pricing frameworks, collaborating with product, sales and engineering to drive revenue and retention.

Hybrid work model in the US is supported, with strong emphasis on data storytelling and impact. The role requires 7+ years in pricing analytics or a related field, plus hands-on ML and SQL proficiency,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 7+ years experience, or Master's with 5+ years.
• 6+ years in pricing analytics, yield management, or growth analytics at a marketplace or ad platform.
• Background in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or marketplace monetization.
• Hands-on ML experience in production, including classification, regression, and time series forecasting.
• Experienced in churn propensity models, velocity scoring, and cohort retention analyses.
• Strong SQL and fluency with Snowflake, dbt, and Looker.
• Hands-on A/B testing design, sizing, and interpretation in live marketplaces.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis and generate scalable insights.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling; able to translate pricing dynamics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven stakeholder partnership across Sales, Finance, and Product; demonstrated revenue impact.

Responsibilities

• Surface pricing and inventory gaps before they appear in reports.
• Build pricing infrastructure and ad monetization dashboards.
• Own analytical framework behind supplier advertising pricing and incentives.
• Translate category and keyword performance into expansion and pricing strategies.
• Develop predictive models for churn, retention, and win-back; support sales and customer success.
• Apply AI/ML to pricing and retention models; design and run AB tests.
