Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst, Pricing and Yield Management to lead supplier-side yield, monetization, and pricing analytics. This role reports to the Director of Data Engineering and Analytics, based in Bethesda, MD.

You will build models and dashboards that translate data into revenue actions across product, operations, and engineering leadership. The role requires deep pricing analytics, ML, SQL, and A/B testing with a proven revenue impact in a marketplace or

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pricing analytics or related field.
• Background in ad tech, programmatic advertising, marketplace monetization, or two-sided platform economics.
• Hands-on machine learning in production environment (classification, regression, time-series).

Responsibilities

• Build yield scoring, ad performance dashboards, and pricing infrastructure.
• Develop pricing and monetization analysis with quantifiable revenue impact.
• Create churn/retention analytics and cohort analyses to guide sales and product teams.
• Design and run A/B tests across pricing and supplier engagement interventions.
