Xometry in Waltham, MA is seeking a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst for Pricing and Yield Management. You’ll own supplier monetization analytics, build pricing instruments, and surface revenue opportunities across buyer demand and supplier performance.

Lead analytics with cross-functional partners, developing models and dashboards that drive faster, data-driven decisions. The role emphasizes hands-on modelling, strategy collaboration, and scaling predictive analytics in a dynamic marketplace

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pricing analytics or yield management experience in marketplaces or ad platforms.
• Direct experience with lead-gen, pay-per-lead, or auction-based pricing is strongly preferred.
• Background in ad tech, programmatic advertising, marketplace monetization, or two-sided platform economics.
• Hands-on machine learning experience in production environments (classification, regression, time series).
• Demonstrated churn propensity, velocity scoring, and cohort retention analytics.
• Strong SQL and fluency with Snowflake, dbt and Looker; build data models and dashboards.
• A/B testing experience with test design, sizing, and interpretation in live environments.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis and modelling workflows.
• Excellent data storytelling and stakeholder communication across product, sales, and finance.
• Proven revenue impact from analytics work you personally owned.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Yield and Ad Monetization: build yield scoring, dashboards, and pricing infrastructure.
• Pricing Strategy and Monetization Analysis: quantify impact of pricing and incentive programs.
• Category and Keyword Performance: model category-level monetization and expansion pricing.
• Retention, Churn, and Win-Back Analytics: build predictive churn models and cohort analyses.
• AI‑Powered Analytics and Experimentation: apply AI/ML to pricing and retention; design A/B tests.
