Job summary

Xometry, North Bethesda-based on-demand manufacturing platform, seeks a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst to own supplier yield, pricing monetization, and analytics. You will partner with Product, Operations and Engineering to extract revenue opportunities and guide pricing strategy.

Responsibilities include building yield dashboards, ML-based pricing, and experimentation pipelines, delivering insights for faster, data-driven decisions across buyer demand and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pricing analytics, yield management, or growth analytics.
• Hands-on ML in production including classification, regression and time series.
• Experience with lead-gen or auction-based pricing is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate analytics into revenue impact.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling with Snowflake/dbt/Looker.

Responsibilities

• Build yield scoring, ad performance dashboards, and pricing infrastructure.
• Own the analytical framework behind pricing and incentive programs.
• Develop churn and retention analytics, propensity models, and cohort analyses.
• Apply AI and run A/B tests to optimize pricing and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and product to drive revenue growth.
