Job summary

Xometry is seeking a senior Data Analyst, Pricing and Yield Management, to optimize supplier yield and monetization within a fast-growing marketplace. You will develop analytic frameworks, pricing strategies, and predictive models to drive revenue growth and retention across a national supplier base.

You will collaborate with product, sales, and engineering, building dashboards and models in a production environment. Strong SQL, ML, and storytelling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science or similar; 7+ years in pricing analytics or growth analytics.
• Background in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or marketplace monetization.
• Hands-on ML experience in production with classification, regression, or time series.

Responsibilities

• Build yield scoring, ad monetization dashboards, and pricing infrastructure to surface gaps early.
• Own analytical framework behind supplier pricing and incentive programs.
• Develop churn propensity models and cohort analyses for retention and revenue growth.
• Design and execute A/B tests across pricing and engagement interventions.
