Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst in Pricing and Yield Management in North Bethesda, MD. The role focuses on monetization, supplier yield, and pricing analytics across the Thomas network.

You will partner with product, operations, and engineering to build models, dashboards, and pricing infrastructure that unlock revenue while delivering timely insights to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pricing analytics, yield management, or growth analytics in a marketplace or ad-based business.
• Experience with lead-gen, pay-per-lead, or auction-based pricing models preferred.
• Background in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or two-sided marketplace economics.
• Hands-on ML in production: classification, regression, time-series forecasting.
• Demonstrated churn propensity models, velocity scoring, cohort retention analyses.
• Strong SQL and data modeling with Snowflake, dbt, Looker; implement dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop yield scoring, pricing infrastructure, and ad monetization dashboards.
• Quantify revenue impact of pricing programs and discount incentives.
• Build category-level data models and identify monetization opportunities.
• Create retention analytics and predictive churn models; support sales and product.
• Lead AI-powered analytics, experiments, and A/B test design and analysis.
