Job summary

Xometry seeks a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst, Pricing and Yield Management, to optimize supplier yields and monetize pricing across the network from Bethesda, MD. You will lead yield scoring, pricing infrastructure, and retention analytics while coordinating with product, sales, and operations.

You will deploy machine learning models, build cohort analyses, and translate data into actionable pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 7+ years experience or Master's with 5+ years.
• 6+ years in pricing analytics or marketplace monetization.
• Experience with ad tech or two-sided marketplaces is preferred.
• Hands-on ML in production environments and building deployable models.

Responsibilities

• Build yield scoring, pricing infrastructure, and ad monetization dashboards.
• Own pricing strategy and quantify revenue impact of programs.
• Develop category-level data models and keyword monetization strategies.
• Create churn propensity models and cohort retention analyses.
• Lead AI-driven pricing and run A/B tests in live environment.
